In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order and request a return for any reason within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Return Shipping Costs
The allocation of return postage fees depends entirely on the reason for the return request:

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Recommendation: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service (like Royal Mail Signed For or Evri), as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged, Faulty, or Wrong Items Received:

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, we will cover 100% of the return costs or issue a free replacement immediately.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, you must follow our official validation process:

If your return is accepted, we will send you specific instructions on how and where to send your package.
⚠️ Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting an official return through our email will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Processing Time: Please note it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account statement.
