All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

To ensure we offer the best value and unique designs, our products are shipped directly from our trusted international manufacturing partners.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. While the vast majority of packages arrive well within this window, occasional delays may occur due to postal backlogs or seasonal high volumes.
3. Tracking Your Order
We want you to feel completely secure throughout the journey of your parcel. As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real-time.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We believe in absolute transparency, which is why we aim to minimise any consumer anxiety regarding international deliveries. All orders shipped to the United Kingdom include VAT at checkout. There are no hidden customs charges or unexpected import duties to be paid upon arrival. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
5. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout before completing your purchase. The Moderna Home cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, any additional shipping costs to resend the item will be the responsibility of the customer.
